Routines

I am so angry right now, I have been up since 6am and need to be up again tomorrow at 6am..... So I wanted an early night, alas its 11pm and I am still awake.  The reason..... Noah and Catherine!!! Catherine decided it would be a good idea to put Noah to sleep 30 minutes or more before his dinner time which meant he was wide awake and would not go to sleep at 7:30pm.  She went out and left him with me, which obviously is not an issue.  However, the sleep he had caused him to still be awake now and because he was with me he did not want to sleep, even though I tried and tried.

This just goes to show what routines babies should be in and what they all need to learn from an early age.  Otherwise shit like this happens!!! This adds to the stress and it doesn't help me get better, it pushes me closer to the edge.  Catherine however seems to think this is not an issue and thinks I am blowing this out of proportion.... Maybe I am but I am tired and don't have the luxury of having a hobby or a bit of time away....

It also pisses me off as things STILL have not been done when I have politely asked.......

Work was pants, quiet and pants.  I have ran out of lenses so back to glasses until at least next Wednesday.  I am finally watching Green Zone which is quite good, not exactly sure what its about but I am sure I will find out.  I also applied for that job, fingers crossed.

A wicked programme I have been watching at the moment is Man V Food my good friend @josemajoras got me on to it and I have set my Sky+ to tape the next 14 episodes..... Jackpot.

Watch it if you can.....

Now that is some serious food!!!!!

Back To Work.

So its my first day back at work in 2 weeks and I wondered when I woke up what it would bring.  Well rest assured it was good, not great but good.  I am back writing peoples cars off which I do enjoy, not sure why I expect its because I have a evil streak which likes to see people in unfortunate situations.... lol.  Maybe I just enjoy the job because I am good at it and its better than some of the other jobs I have had.

I have applied for a new job today so fingers crossed as I know its something which I will love doing....

I also had my contact lens assessment today and the guy said the contacts that I have in are great but I need a certain type of lens due to my stigmatism so they are going to put them on order and I need to go in again.  They are monthly contacts which means they are cheaper!!!! Jackpot!!

I also love my MacBook, it is the daddy.......

Last Day Of Holiday.......

Well it is my final day of holiday and its been hard.  Noah has been a wingey bugger and I feel shit, but now he is asleep I can try and get over my headache.

It has been 2 weeks of ups and downs and I don't know if I could do it again.  All I know is I need another break!!

I am thinking of joining the mobile me community (mobileme.com) from Apple.

I also watched Shutter Island today, it was very good..... Gets you thinking but is obvious when it gets towards the end of the film.

We went to Kevs Birthday BBQ last night it was good but we had to leave early, I forgot Noahs pushchair.

The only one awake!!!

Being the only one awake makes me feel like something out of 28 days later.  Might get a cup of tea and wake them all up!  I have the Drs soon, not sure what she will say apart from giving me more tablets and such like.  I hate the Drs but i suppose it does make me feel better.

I am currently Scrobbling to Last.fm as I have lots of tracks to get through.  So I thought id just play and let it get on with it.  i have also started playing Godfinger on the iPhone, which is quite addictive... but a bit slow for me!

I better make a move to get ready as I have about 2 hours before I have to be at Drs.... Then unsure what to do today, as we were meant to be going over Sister In Laws but It will be way to late after i have finished at Drs... hmmm... A txt may be in order.

Holiday Day 2

Had a good day yesterday, hopefully my holiday will get better. 

I have also chosen my squad for the Fantasy Premier League!  Probably not the best team in the world but hopefully I will get some big scores to get me going.  It goes without saying I know nothing about football and as I came 4th in the World Cup FF League then I thought I'd give the Prem a try.

Ok so thats it, I only know about 5 players so should be interesting.

What to do today, most likely relax have a few sleeps and do some housework.  We have a few films to watch so I will put those on I expect.

Holiday

I have 2 fantastic weeks off on holiday, nothing at all planned just spend time with my favorite people!

So I will try and Blog the 2 weeks away..... I have contact lenses, only testers but I may be converted, its a surreal experience for me who has worn glasses pretty much since the womb!  Now on to trying something new, nearly 30 and in need of change.

Saying that, am I really ready to grow up?  I like having fun and doing my own thing, but since Noah was born my priorities have changed.  For the better!  He makes me smile everyday even if I have nothing to smile about, he makes me laugh and also makes me stressed, its so worth it.

What to do today, its 10:15am I need a shower, shit and shave.  One task of which has already been completed today.  Ha Ha.  Then on to do something interesting, maybe Cabot Circus or a trip to a wildlife park or something..... I really don't know and Cat is not really much help, as she struggles with the question "what do you want for dinner?".  Bless her cotton socks!

I obtained this album last night!!! So far very good and makes me feel old, ha ha.

Anyway off to get ready and hopefully get out before lunch!

Dating In The Dark

New series tonight. Made me laugh, some lovely ladies I must say but the blokes were idiots. That's what gives us all a bad name. I had a lovely lasagne cooked by the missus tonight, she excels herself when she cooks. Glass of wine and now in bed like a old git. I want Cat to hurry up too but she won't because she will be watching tv.

Anyway night night.

I haven't posted anything for a few days, I have been busy and also getting even more pissed off with my job. They ask me to do things but with no training. Makes sense right?

Well at least it's the weekend, now I get to relax. I will let you know how my Sunday lunch does later as my rents are coming over.

Newcastle & Sunderland................

What a cool weekend!  We all went up to Sunderland to visit Adrian (Cats Dad) and to see the sights.  We saw the Angel Of The North and the Metro Centre.... We need more time really to have a good look round.  It was nice to see Adrian and Pauline, she made me laugh as she couldn't get enough of Noah.... ha ha.

In  addition to the fun weekend, my Fantasy Football Team did well.  Even though England lost 4-1 to Germany..... We were shit though.

There is a few transfers I have to make but not for a few more days.

Road Trip

So it's d day.  Tonight were going to Sunderland to see Adrian and what a trek that will be.  My cousin is about to drop any day now and I'm starving as all I had last night was a pizza.  Funny how I made the link from babies to food.  Hmmm ha ha.

I'm now sat in the car with Diane, Agata and Anetta on the way to work.   I am going to get a bacon sarnie when I get in I think!

Bacon sarnie was fantastic, and Ham sarnie for lunch was nice too....  I got home just after 5 and nowt was ready, so I am sweating my tits off and most likely will be waiting to get going.....  Brilliant!!!

My World Cup team is doing well too, as you can see after the Portugal v Brazil match.....

I am glad I swapped some players today.... I got mucho points.....

Anyway off to finish getting ready.
